Terms of Service:

General:

  • Pieces will have small signature

  • Price may change based on clients demands

  • I have the right to refuse any commission that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason

  • I will draw lingerie but I do not draw full on genitalia

Payment:

  • Currency is USD and can be sent through Paypal, Venmo, or bank transfer (zelle)

  • Commissions are paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after completion

Process and Delivery:

  • I will notify you when I have received your commission and discuss any details required.

  • While I am working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure you are satisfied! Amount of reviews will depend on complexity of said work

  • Commissions will typically take about 1-2 weeks to complete depending on outside factors and complexity of work

  • Once piece is completed you will receive a full resolution image of your piece

Copyright and Usage Policy:

  • I, Shae Dreis (The Artist), claim the rights to the produced piece, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself with it

  • Publish books containing it

  • Display it (social media, website etc.)

  • Post it wherever

  • Buyer is allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use (post and display on social media etc.)

  • Print artwork and claim character as theirs but not artwork

  • Use art to promote themselves

  • Buyer is allowed to:

  • Copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/Using the copyrighted artwork to make money

  • Claiming the art as their own

  • Removing signature

  • Altering artwork without my consent

Customer Satisfaction:

  • I will do everything i can to make my client happy!

  • If you have a problem with anything let me know asap so we can fix it together

  • I am willing to change some terms: example: If you do not wish for me to post it anywhere we can talk about this

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  • Past the Sketch phase (After we have confirmed which sketch i will complete) the buyer is not allowed a refund.

  • If for any reason I am unable to start or finish your commission you will receive a refund.

If buyer breaks any of the aforementioned points I Shae Dreis (the artist) retain all rights to the piece and the buyer will lose all of their rights. Any questions can be discussed prior to your piece.

  • Full Resolution file

V-tuber Commissions come in two parts art and rigging. There is a discount if you commission me for both.

Fully xyz compatible Vtuber illustration including 3 expressions*prices are starting point, more complex rigs may cost more. please contact me about your design first.

  • Bust: $300

  • Half body: $500

  • 3/4 body: $600

  • Full body: $800

  • Additional expression: $40

  • Additional arm pose: $30

  • Additional Props: $40+

  • Design fee: $200

  • Commercial cost: Double the base price of the commission

V-tuber Rigging

Includes xyz angles, breathing, mouth and eye tracking. Comes with 3 special expressions, 1 idle animation. rigs with arms will get 1 arm animation.Compatible with vtubestudio or facerig.
